Headaches Dam.
It can feel like 10 hammers,
Pounding the inside of my skull.
Sometimes it feels like 10 jackhammers
Pounding the inside of my skull.
.Occasionally it feels like the pain
Is going to explode my head.
I move to where it is dark.
I close my eyes and wait.
Wait to see if darkness assists.
I suddenly realise the pain.
The pain has slightly reduced.
An idea forms, i open my eyes.
Slowly i move rooms.
I lay on my back,
making myself comfortable.
As comfortable as possible.
I again close my eyes and wait.
Wait for this headache to subside.
When i wake, i wait.
Wait before moving.
No headache, no pain.
When i think its all ok,
The hammers start again.
My head or my skull feel no better.
As i walk to the medicine cabinet i hope.
I hope this works and the ache goes.
